BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Wanted: Sr. Analyst/Associate/VP – Investment Banking
(Philadelphia)
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of two full years
experience in a middle market or bulge bracket investment
banking firm's analyst training program. Strong financial
modeling skills, including ability to prepare trading and
M&A comps and DCF, LBO and merger models with little or no
supervision are required (all applicants invited to
interview will be given a financial modeling skills test
during the interview process), along with advanced knowledge
of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. For exceptional candidate, we
would be open to interviewing an individual contributor with
significant (4+ years) of full time accounting or corporate
finance experience. Engagements include buy-side and
sell-side mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity
financings, fairness opinions, and other financial advisory
services for companies ranging from private pre-revenue
startups to multi-billion dollar public companies. Please

Merger and Acquisition Position Wanted
Managed departments that identified, completed due diligence and the
acquisition of over 95 privately owned service companies within
North America generating revenue of more than $450MM. Performed or
reviewed financial analysis which determined the purchase price of
companies based on discounted cash flow (IRR), multiple of cash flow
(EBITDA) or return on investment (ROI/ROE). Negotiated purchase
price/terms and worked with accountants/lawyers to prepare letter of
intents and closing document while completing due diligence review.

Vice President of Finance Wanted
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years
sales and operational experience in investment banking,
securities, brokerage, or venture capital and ability to
understand company's mission, services, products, and
must assist in development of capitalization planning
and implementation. Must be a Team player with
entrepreneurial spirit, "can-do" attitude, effective
organization and have excellent communication skills.
Will work with and report to CEO to build company's
Finance Department and selling the company's securities
to individuals, as well as, institutional investors
while being responsible for compliance follow-through,
